When searching for the perfect ideal for a club lamb the boys liked the Class of the Oxford, and they were also drawn to the wonderful reliable breeds of the Hamp, Suffolk and Montadale. We started last year with some wonderful Oxfords from Jody Kabat at KF Acres Sheep farm, and added a phenomenal ram from him this year. We also added this year some exciting genetics from James Kroger at Kroeger Club Lambs and Craig and Lori Scott at CLS Show Lambs.
The boys desire was to create a wonderful lamb that would compete for the 4H and FFA participant while keeping the price of the lambs reachable for the average 4H'r. They are very excited about the herd we have obtained in order to achieve this goal. Please
